Thermik handles all documents required for Novoclimat, Rénoclimat, Énergir, Hydro-Québec and other energy programs: technical reports, signed R-values, installation certificates, photos, quality control sheets. Delivered as a complete PDF.
10-year installation warranty + 48h callback response
Installation warranty extended to 10 years (on top of the 25-year manufacturer foam warranty). Every warranty service call handled with on-site presence within 48 business hours.
NET 30 payment terms
after two projects paid on time and credit check
10% at signing, balance NET 30 after delivery. Bill your end client before paying Thermik.
Annual retroactive volume rebate
Paid at the end of the calendar year based on cumulative volume.

Your partner commitments
What we expect from you
The partnership goes both ways. Here's what we ask in return for our guarantees.
- Minimum 4 projects per calendar year awarded to Thermik (or 10,000 board-feet-inches cumulative).
- Right of first refusal on all your spray foam insulation projects (48 hours to respond).
- Valid RBQ license held throughout the partnership.
